3.Application:
1. Clarifying agent; pigment stabilizer; colloidal stabilizer. It is mainly used for clarification and quality stability of beer (the reference amount is 8-20g/100L, and it is filtered and removed after maintaining for 24 hours). It can also be used in combination with enzymes (protease) and protein adsorbents.
2. Clarifying agent; stabilizer; thickening agent; tableting filler; dispersing agent. Polymer PVP with a molecular weight of 360,000 is often used as a clarifying agent for beer, vinegar, and wine.
3. Widely used as thickener, emulsifier, lubricant and clarifying agent, also as a complex of sterilizing agent PVP-I
